GUV counter
Re-counts and re-sizes giant vesicles from LUNA cell-counter frames. The instrument
applies a contrast floor that misses the faint population, undercounting by
4.5–11×; this runs the same detection pipeline as the desktop GUV
command — a matched filter against a bank of defocused-sphere templates — and
reads the calibration straight out of the TIFF metadata, so concentrations stay
on the instrument's own scale.

Drop the *_RAW.tif files the LUNA wrote (not the _TAG
ones). Up to 12 per run.

The defaults are the validated ones. Sensitivity is the only knob worth touching day to day.
matched recovers ~25 % more objects at the same
false-positive rate.
